Brgy. Captain Celerino “Budjong” Balasoto started his path to public service as a Brgy. Kagawad in 2002. He is Anos’ Brgy Captain from 2010 to present. Together with the Sangguniang Barangay, he has lifted Anos into an empowered and unified community through various projects that has helped the lives of its people.
